Be sure you wear comfortable clothing that will allow your body to move freely. Most clients prefer athletic attire that they might wear to a training session.
We offer many options for our sessions. These can range from 15 min to 1 hour. This is dependent on what you might need. Feel free to email us and discuss ahead of time for scheduling.
We recommend all clients start with a minimum of 2 days a week. This allows the body to become adjusted to its new patterns. Initially, you will need to work away from the bad positions and re-train the body. This takes time and repetition.
